Shipping Director
- Based in Athens, with extensive experience (55 years) in all areas of the shipping industry at senior level, including seventeen years (1992 - 2008) as a ship owner
- Director and partner of MFA since inception
- Is intimately familiar with the practices and all aspects of the shipping industry and is a Supporting Member of the London Maritime Arbitrators’ Association (LMAA)
- Has performed advisory work for ship financiers, marine insurance companies and maritime lawyers, and has been appointed to give expert evidence in London Maritime Arbitrations on matters of ship management and operation
- Reviews the vessels’ inspection reports, period charter parties, and occurrences of major financial importance and negotiates through insurance broker the terms and conditions of the vessels' Mortgagees Interest Insurance.
